A petition to be named in the Estate of Lucille Roundpoint, late of Akwesasne, NY has been filed by Jason Roundpoint and Renee Adams in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to all heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of Lucille Roundpoint’s will or the appointment of Jason Roundpoint and Renee Adams as Executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by December 14, 2024. Notice is also hereby given to all potential creditors who may have an interest in said estate to present their interest. Any creditors shall contact the Tribal Court at 518-358-6300.
