In this role you will work with a team to maximize efficiency by consistently modeling a positive attitude towards work, being accountable and responsible to meet daily and weekly goals, and minimizing waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for sale or processing while maintaining and following all post-harvest procedures. This is a fast-paced position and requires a keen eye for detail, high quality and safety standards, and the ability to perform repetitive and finely tuned scissor trimming.
