One Year Term Position
Position Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of the Pathways Manager the Micro-Credential Coordinator will provide strategic management and leadership on micro credential initiatives, as assigned. The Micro-Credential Coordinator will work to lead and collaborate with an education team in setting priorities and resolving issues on behalf of the team. The Micro-Credential Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of programs that support the needs of Akwesasne students and allow them to excel in the field of choice.
Qualifications:
• University Degree or combination of education and experience, in a relevant discipline, preferably in the field of education
• Minimum of five (5) years’ education experience in Indigenous Post Secondary Education and/or extensive experience with curriculum development;
• Demonstrated experience:
○ leading , motivating and managing people; building respectful and strong relationships;
○ Curriculum Development and Design

Salary: Pay Band 8 $73,433.94 - $113,048.18
