Legal Notice

A petition to be named Executor in the estate of Marion Francis and the estate of Richard L. Francis, late of Akwesasne, NY has been filed by Rachel Lynn Francis in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to hall heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of Marion Francis and Richard Francis’s will or the appointment of Rachel Lynn Francis as Executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by August 18, 2024. Notice is also hereby given to all potential creditors who may have an interest in said estate to present their interest. Any creditors shall contact the Tribal Court at 518-358-6300.
