Akwesasne Powwow Seeking Catering Bids

The Akwesasne Powwow Committee is gearing up for our Annual Cultural Celebration Sept. 7 & 8, 2024 at Lamoureux Park in Cornwall. The Committee is seeking Catering Bids for the Dancer/Drummer Meal for Saturday, Sept 7th evening, to be served in Salons A, B & C at the Civic Complex for 5:00 pm.

The caterer chosen will be responsible to prepare the meal off site, transport meal to the Arena, serve (or have in take-out containers as an option) and clean up after the meal.

The Catering Bid is for 300 people and should include:

• Dinner menu including refreshments and dessert

• Price per plate

• Recyclable plates (preferred) and utensils
