A petition to be named executor in the Estate of Marcia A. Thompson, late of Akwesasne, NY has been filed by Anthony Barnes with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to all heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of Marcia Thompson’s will or the appointment of Anthony Barnes as executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by July 3, 2024. Notice is also hereby given to all potential creditors who may have an interest in said estate, to present their interest. Any creditors shall contact the Tribal Court at 518-358-6300.
