Kahnawake Peacekeepers Execute Warrant in the New Development

KAHNAWAKE – On the evening of March 1, 2024, at 21:19, the Kahnawake Peacekeepers executed a search warrant at a residence on Cherry Crescent in the New Development. 

During the operation, Peacekeepers seized 222 pills, 11 baggies containing 5.5 grams of white powder, and a baggie containing a 1g rock. All substances are suspected amphetamines and will be sent to a laboratory for confirmation.

Two local males, aged 41 and 40, and a female aged 30, were arrested. The 40-year-old male was released without being charged. The 41-year-old male has charges of breach of conditions and possession pending. The 30-year-old female has charges of possession and possession for the purpose of trafficking pending. Both were released after signing an appearance notice and are scheduled to appear in Longueuil Court at a later date.
