Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Post-Secondary Manager / Academic Manager, the Student Success Officer develops, coordinates, and implements initiatives, and provides support and resources to help post-secondary students achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology, or in a related field, together with two (2) years’ work related experience;
OR
Post Secondary Diploma in Social Service Worker, Administration or in a related field together with a minimum of five (5) years’ work related experience;
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate via electronic media;
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willing to travel.
