Tsiionkwanonhso:te Confirmed to be in COVID-19 Outbreak Status

November, 6,2023 – The Tsiionkwanonhso:te Long-Term Care (LTC) facility has been notified that they have entered COVID-19 Outbreak Status as of Monday, November 6, 2023.

There are currently no restrictions on visitation. However, masks are mandatory at all times when visiting loved ones, and there is no mingling or visiting others throughout the facility. If you are not feeling well, we strongly advise you stay home. The health and safety of our residents and staff remain our top priority during this time.
