Akwesasne Housing Authority – Notice of compliance CFR 24.1000.30(C) - An Akwesasne Housing Authority Board Commissioner has been selected to reside in accordance with AHA’s written policies for eligibility, admission, and occupancy of families for housing assistance with IHBG, NYS and FHLBNY funds, providing that there is no conflict of interest under applicable tribal or state law.
