A petition to be named Executor in the Estate of Mary V. Lazore, late of Akwesasne, NY has been filed by Louis R. Martin in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to all heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of Mary Lazore’s will or the appointment of Louis R. Martin as Executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by September 30, 2023. Notice is hereby given to all potential creditors who may have an interest in said estate to present their interest. Any creditors shall contact the Tribl Court at 518-358-6300.
