Akwesasne Powwow Committee Catering Bids for the Dancer/Drummer Meal

The Akwesasne Powwow Committee is gearing up for our Annual Cultural Celebration September 9 & 10, 2023 at the A’nowarako:wa Arena. The Committee is seeking Catering Bids for the Dancer/Drummer Meal for Saturday, September 9 evening, to be served in the Turtle Room at the A’nowarako:wa Arena for 5:00 pm.

The caterer chosen will be responsible to prepare the meal off site, transport meal to the Arena, either serve onto plates or prepare take out containers, followed by clean up after the meal.

The Catering Bid is for 300 people and should include:

• Dinner menu including refreshments and dessert

• Price per plate

• Recyclable plates (preferred) and utensils
