Position Summary:

Under the direction and supervision of the School Principal, the incumbent is responsible for working as a member

of an integrated intervention team to support students having a range of social, emotional, behavioral or medical

concerns and/or life skills training in compliance with Board policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Post Secondary Certificate or Diploma related to education or counseling with two (2) years related work

experience; OR

• Secondary Diploma with five (5) years related work experience

• Experience with a range of social-emotion, mental health and/or behavioral concerns;

• Must be certified in First Aid & CPR, or be willing to receive training to become certified;

• CPI training or related Behavior Management Training is an asset.
