CHIEF OF POLICE TAKING PART IN POLAR PLUNGE FOR SPECIAL OLYMPICS

Akwesasne Mohawk Police Chief Shawn Dulude has been involved with Special Olympics for many years and was Provincial Director of the Law Enforcement Torch Run which is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, donors to Special Olympics.

In Canada, the Polar Bear Plunge is the biggest fundraiser for Special Olympics and once again this year Chief of Police Dulude will be taking the plunge in the cold waters of Lake St-Louis in Lachine to raise money for this noble and worthy cause. Please consider donating as the funds provided by the governments are not sufficient for the athletes to be able to practice their sports of choice and they rely on us to help overcome this burden.
