A petition to be named Executor in the Estate of James E. Bero and Beatrice Bero, late of Akwesasne, NY has been filed by Rory Bero in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to all heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of James E. Bero and/or Beatrice’s will or the appointment of Rory Bero as Executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by March 3, 2023. Notice is also hereby given to all potential creditors who may have an interest in said estate to present their interest. Any creditors shall contact the Tribal Court at 518-358-6300.
