Letters of Testamentary for the Estate of Lilly L. Benedict, of Akwesasne, New York, have been requested by Tess Benedict. Notice is hereby given to anyone objecting to the appointment of Tess Benedict or contesting the validity of the will. All potential creditors who may have an interest in the aforementioned estate or those wanting to object to the appointment of Tess Benedict must notify the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court at (518) 358-6300 no later than January 31, 2023.
