The Kawehno:ke Recreation Committee held their annual "Spirit of Christmas 2022" this past weekend. The recreation center was open from Friday, December 2 to Sunday, December 4th with prizes being announced on Sunday at 4pm.
With over forty trees donated by community members, families, and local businesses, the sparkle and spirit of Christmas filled the hall all weekend long. A full concession stand kept everyone warm and welcomed at they passed by Christmas trees decorated with themes ranging from work tools, girls' toys, boys' toys, puzzles, a teen tree and so much more.
