Salmon River, Massena boys basketball open '22-'23 with tourney wins

The Salmon River Shamrocks boys basketball team opened the 2022-23 season on a high note, winning their second consecutive Frazier Classic Championship in St. Regis Falls over the weekend of Nov. 26-27.
