BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Dillion Johnson, 28, of Snye, QC was arrested on November 10th, 2022 and charged with breach of release order for having contact with a certain person. It is alleged on November 10th, 2022, while stopped at the Canadian Port of Entry, the man was located in the company of someone he has conditions of no contact with and police were contacted. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 22nd, 2022.

OPERATION WHILE PROHIBITED

Cornwall, ON – Davis Cook-Lazore, 22, of Akwesasne was arrested on November 11th, 2022 and charged with operation while prohibited. It is alleged on November 11th, 2022, the man was operating a motor vehicle, despite being prohibited from doing so, when he attended the Cornwall Port of Entry. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 22nd, 2022.
