NATIONAL HEALING AND RECONCILIATION DAY HEALING SERVICE SEPTEMBER 29, 2022, we will be co-hosting our second Akwesasne Multidenominational Prayer Service to promote unity and healing to honor the thousands of Survivors of residential schools across the country, as well as in Akwesasne.

THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE FROM 1:00 pm TO 2:00pm at The GENERATIONS PARK PAVILION IN HOGANSBURG. Everyone is welcome. We will have unity speakers, prayers, smudging and drumming. The event is a collaboration of the Ecumenical Pastors Circle: the Mohawk Assembly of God, the Hogansburg United Methodist Church, the New Life Christian Church, the Church of Christ and the St. Regis Mission Church. Additional contributors are the Archdiocese of Ottawa – Cornwall. The Seven Dancers Coalition, the St. Regis Mission Mohawk Choir and the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne.
