FULLTIME INDEFINITE POSITION AKWESASNE FAMILY WELLNESS PROGRAM DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY & SOCIAL SERVICES

SALARY LEVEL: SP09, STEP 2-3: $47,091.96 - $48,975.63

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Under the direct supervision of Program Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the supervision and administration of unit operations, and for the execution, monitoring of primary prevention services/programs to the community and outlying services areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-year Post-Secondary diploma in Social Work or related field, with 3 years’ experience.

OR

High School Diploma and experience/knowledge of Sex Trafficking and mentoring of the victims and programming of sexual exploitation.

Experience in Interviewing and developing a rapport with sex trade workers/victims being exploited.

Knowledge of the social field and domestic violence.

Pass a Mandatory criminal/vulnerable sector reference check.
