REGISTERED NURSE

Salary Level: RN01: $71,420.28-$98,681.21

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direction of the Home Care Nursing Supervisor, the Home Care Registered Nurse has the responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating in providing all aspects of nursing care services to the patient in the home environment. The incumbent advocates on behalf of the patient, family, and service providers to coordinate and provide services in accordance to the patient’s plan of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proof of current registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and Quebec, or be eligibile for membership of license is required;

A Minimum of 2-year experience in a clinical (hospital) setting or experience in a relevant area;

Clear CPIC in a vulnerable sector;

Current certification in First Aid and CPR;

Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination;

Knowledge and experience with First Nations culture an asset;
