PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

REPORTS TO: PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD

SALARY: START $17.00 PER HOUR

Production Team Member Summary of Duties:

We are seeking Production Team Members who will work in our cultivation department performing tasks related to plant care. Working under the direction of a Team Leader, the Production Team members will be performing tasks at different stages of the growing process from clone to harvest. Activities can include plant care, cloning, transplanting, pruning, trellis installation, defoliation, harvesting, destruction of cannabis and cleaning and sanitation of work areas to maintain a clean and safe growing environment while following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and company policies. Weekend availability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Highschool diploma or GED required. Previous experience or education considered a major asset.

• Must have exceptional attention to detail.

• Able to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and written

• Must be able to carry out often repetitive tasks at a continuously high level of quality

• Ability to remain flexible to changing work schedules and varying tasks, as required

WORK CONDITIONS: Applicants must be fit to list 50lbs comfortably. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, walk, kneel, crouch or crawl as required. Our plants like heat and humidity. To be successful in this position you need to be comfortable working in an enclosed environment with high heat and humidity, wear protective clothing, hair covering and other Personal Protective Equipment.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Must have a Canadian Social Insurance Number and be at least 19 years of age when applying. Employment with Seven Leaf is dependent upon result of a CPIC to be obtained upon hire. Employees are required to notify Seven Leaf immediately upon any adverse condition with authorities or court systems. Employees must adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and perform all relevant job functions in accordance with the Cannabis Act and its Regulations.
