LICENSING POLICY/BACKGROUND CHECK: All candidates must be 18 years of age when applying. All positions require candidates to obtain and maintain a New York State certification and a Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Class III License or a Tribal Gaming Work Permit, which requires a criminal background check to be used solely for employment purposes. Failure to disclose information could result in rescinding of job offer.
DRUG TESTING POLICY: Successful candidates for employment must submit to and pass a drug test for illegal substances prior to employment being confirmed. In case of a positive result, the candidate is not eligible for employment with the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort.
REQUIREMENT: COVID-19 Vaccination as a condition of employment. Must show COVID-19 Vaccination card prior to accepting employment.
