On 05-30-2021 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Carole L. Raymonda, 64, of St. Regis Falls, NY for speed in zone 53-35 mph zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 06-10-2021.

On 05-31-2021 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Travis Kickhaver, 45, of Antigo, Wisconsin for obstructed view. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 06-24-2021.

On 05-31-2021 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Sheldon L. Cole, 46, of Hogansburg, NY for unlicensed operator and speed in zone 53-35 mph zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 06-24-2021.

On 06-02-2021 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Scott A. Thompson, 41, of Akwesasne, Quebec for an active warrant. Mr. Thompson was turned over to Homeland Security for further prosecution.

On 06-02-2021 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Lisa A. Gordon, 51, of Malone, NY for criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree-class d felony, unlicensed operator and expired inspection. Ms. Gordon was arraigned at the Bombay Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail with a return date of 06-15-2021.

On 06-02-2021 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Brian A. Jacobs, 33, of Rooseveltown, NY for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree-misdemeanor, three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree- class a misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated-misdemeanor, unlicensed operator, Unregistered motor vehicle and improper plates. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on 07-13-2021.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Anson Jacco, 56, of Akwesasne was arrested on June 3rd, 2021 and charged with breach of undertaking for failing to abide by his curfew. It is alleged during the early morning hours on June 3rd, 2021, police located the man in breach of his conditions and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Alyssa Printup, 31 of Cornwall was arrested on June 4th, 2021 and charged with breach of a release order for being outside her residence and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged while investigating a suspicious person call on June 4th, 2021 police found the woman in breach of her conditions. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 24th, 2021.

ASSAULT, ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON

Cornwall, ON – A 50-year-old Akwesasne woman was arrested on June 5th, 2021 and charged with assault and assault with a weapon. It is alleged during an argument on June 5th, 2021 the woman struck her boyfriend with a cell phone and assaulted him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. The woman was taken into custody during the investigation, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
