DR. DUBUC PICK-UP WINDOW FOR GLASSES/ CONTACT LENSES PROCEDURE

Dr. Dubuc’s office is providing the following instruction for use of their curbside window when picking up your glasses/contact lenses:

• Please arrive at your appointed time, provided to you by Dr. Dubuc’s office staff.

• Please don’t gather at the pick-up window. Practice social distancing if someone is ahead of you picking up their order. Wear a mask when picking up your glasses/contact lenses.

• The pick-up window for Dr. Dubuc’s office is located along Sweetgrass Lane/AMPS Station side of the Kanonhkwa’tsheri:io Health Facility.
