Brief Description of Nature of Dispute: Claimant alleges that Respondent owes him for work he put into the property and that Respondent has been cutting down trees in an attempt to stop him from using or mowing a portion of the property. Claimant further alleges that Respondent has taken actions that resulted in the flooding of an adjoining landowner’s property.
