A petition to probate the writing purported to be the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Thatenwentsientons Herne-Mohawk (DOB 9/26/1895, DOD 08/27/1979) has been filed by Thomas M. Lazore and Andrew Glen Lazore. Notice is hereby given to all heirs including the children and grandchildren of Thomas Kenneth Herne-Mohawk Wolf, Mae Herne, James Herne Mohawk Wolf, John Peter Herne, Mary Josephine Herne Francis, Irene Herne, Dolores Katherine Herne Roberts, and Joseph Robert Herne of the pending probate. You are hereby given notice that you have thirty (30) days from the date of the notice to file objections with the Court. All potential creditors whomay have an interest in the aforementioned estate or those wanting to review the purported Last Will and Testament or object to the purported Last Will and Testament or the appointment of Executors, must notify the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court at (518) 358-6300 by no later than May 14, 2021.
