Summary: The Part-time Groundskeeper works in the Maintenance Department of the Mohawk Indian Housing Corporation and is responsible for upkeep of the grounds and equipment throughout the properties owned and managed by Mohawk Indian Housing Corporation and Hogansburg Housing Development Fund Co., Inc. Some duties include lawn cutting, tree pruning and/or removal, snow/ice removal from sidewalks and entrances to buildings. The Groundskeeper reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
