SAINT REGIS MOHAWK TRIBE POLICE BLOTTER - OCTOBER 08, 2020:

• On 10-02-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed James J. Burns, 62, of Hogansburg, NY for speed in zone 52-35 mph zone. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 10-22-2020.

• On 10-08-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Jacob A. Cook, 43, of Hogansburg, NY for an active warrant. Mr. Cook was turned over to Massena Police Department for further prosecution for petit larceny.

• On 10-08-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested David B. Diagostino, 56, of Hogansburg, NY for petit larceny. Mr. Diagostino was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Bombay Town Court on 10-27-2020.

• On 10-08-2020 Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Joey R. Arquette, 56, of Hogansburg, NY for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree-misdemeanor. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on 10-20-2020.

CORNWALL POLICE:

Cornwall, ON – Kandy Pierce, 27, of Akwesasne was arrested on October 12th, 2020 and charged with failing to attend for fingerprints. It is alleged on September 28th, 2020 the woman failed to attend police headquarters for fingerprints and an investigation ensued. On October 12th, 2020, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 31st, 2020.
