REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe (SRMT) is now accepting sealed bids for the Disposal of vehicles and other property until the bid closing date of October 13, 2020.

Bid packages can be picked up at the Procurement office or can be obtained on the SRMT website at http://www.srmt-nsn.gov until 4:00 p.m. the day before the bid deadline date.

Sealed bids will be stamped when received in the Procurement office. Bids will be opened, recorded and read aloud on October 14, 2020. Successful bidder will be notified by telephone the day after the bid opening and will have five (5) business days to make payment in full & remove property from premises. If property is not paid in full and removed from premises, the next bidder will be contacted, and the same process shall apply and so forth.
