MOHAWK COUNCIL OF AKWESASNE 2020-2021 FUEL TENDER

Tenders are hereby invited for the supply of Fuel for the 2020 – 2021 heating season. The right is reserved to accept or reject quotations on any item separately or on the tender as a whole.

To obtain a copy of the Tender Submission Form, please contact the Department of Infrastructure and Housing by Email through: [email protected]. Questions or clarifications are to be submitted via written format.

All materials furnished must conform to the accepted tender. Prices quoted must remain fixed throughout the heating season (October 12, 2020 – April 30 2021). Copy of Certificate of Insurance for Vehicles, Liability and Environmental, valid Workers Compensation Certificate, (CSST/WSIB) and Copy of Certified Oil Burner Technician license is required as well as a detailed Written Procedures Checklist for a Health and Safety Program.

Tenders will be received until 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
