Elaine Swann, founder of the Swann School of Protocol, an etiquette training institute offers advice as we are all living through a pandemic. Swam trains people on good manners, for example, how to engage in small talk or which fork to use at the dinner table. Now, she has been helping people navigate some tricky new social dilemmas in one handy little pocket guide. Cut it out, staple, keep for yourself or give to a friend.
Swann says people still want to treat each other with kindness and respect - and "conduct themselves so that they're not offending others, not hurting other people's feelings."
