St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

• On July 17, John J. Eckstein, 77, of Brasher Falls was charged with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on July 30.

• On July 18, Micheline P. Cappione, 56, of Massena was charged with speeding (58-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 13.

• On July 18, Allyson A. Stuart, 20, of Massena was charged with speeding (51-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 13.

• On July 22, Debbie B. Jocko, 56, of Akwesasne, N.Y. was charged with speeding (54-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 13.

• On July 21, Tammy L. White, 46, of Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with speeding (51-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Aug. 27.

• On July 21, Oren J. Lazore, 29, of Hogansburg was charged with speeding (49-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on 08-27-2020.

New York State Police:

• Erica M. Benedict, 21, of Hogansburg was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, at 2:50 p.m. July 23 in Malone. Police said the charge stems from a fraud complaint they received on July 17. Benedict was arraigned and released, police said.
