IOHAHI:IO - PROPOSAL CALL-OUT

Iohahi:io Akwesasne Education & Training Institute is accepting proposals from June 30 - July 3, 2020 for delivery of the following workshops:

• Transitions - Resiliency Supports: Initiatives aimed at improving the resiliency of first-year students (and students transitioning from secondary) or supporting them in accessing the assistance they require. This type of support can be delivered in a variety of models, including (but not limited to); skill-oriented programs with supervised practice, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psycho-educational interventions delivered one-on-one or in a class/workshop setting.

• Indigenous Supports: Programs/services focusing on culturally appropriate, trauma-informed supports for Indigenous students.

Any proposed workshop/presentation will have to be designed to be either offered via online (Zoom) or face-to-face at Iohahi:io.
