Public notice is hereby given to Lawrence Mitchell, Jr. that on January 3, 2020 Andrew G. Lazore and Thomas M. Lazore, Claimants, filed a land dispute complaint at the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. The Claimants allege wrongful conveyance of Lot #619, encroachment, and damage to the property. The Court requests that Lawrence Mitchell, Jr. appear on July 7, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. for a hearing on this matter. In the event that Mr. Mitchell fails to appear, the Court may proceed in this case and address the claims raised by Andrew G. Lazore and Thomas
