OPP Enforce CN Injunction on in Tyendinaga

On Monday, February 24th, the Ontario Provincial Police moved in on a peaceful Wet'suwet'en support camp, located on Wyman Road inside the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory boundary line.

The support camp was erected on February 6th in response to the RCMP raids on Wet'suwet'en Territory blocking the GasLink pipeline.

One member of the Kanieńkehá:ka Nation stated, "There are no trains blocked, nothing on the tracks. We simply said, 'You shall not pass'.

No trains were allowed to pass, until the supporters in Tyendinaga receive word from the Wet'suwet'en Hereditary Chiefs, that the RCMP have left their territory. The Wet'suwet'en Hereditary Chiefs refuse to meet with government officials until the RCMP have left t
