A Petition to be named Executor in the Estate of Cecilia Cook Conlin, late of Akwesasne, New York has been filed by Rachel Drude-Tomori, Esq., LL.M. in the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court. Notice is hereby given to all heirs and beneficiaries who may wish to object to the validity of Cecilia Cook Conlin’s will or the appointment of Suzanne L. Muzzy (f/n/a Kelly Ann Lazore) as Executor. Objections must be filed with the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Court by March 13, 2020. Notice is also hereby given to all potential creditors to the Estate of Cecilia Cook Conlin who may have an interest in said estate to present their interest. Any creditors shall contact the Tribal Court at 518-358-6300.
