Salmon River Ski Club

The Salmon River Ski Club is a new program this year that was offered to students in grades 3-12 who attend St. Regis Mohawk School and Salmon River Central School. We had 74 kids join our program making it the largest school club Titus Mountain serves this year! Titus offers a package rate for students that includes their rentals (ski or snowboard), a lift ticket and a weekly lesson for 5 weeks. The program runs on Friday nights throughout the months of January and February. This program has been very well received by students and parents. Some of these students may not have the opportunity to try skiing without this program. It opens students up to a new experience that may build lifelong adventures.

We are very proud of the kids who signed up that had never been skiing before as well as the experienced students helping to teach. They are creating lasting friendships with students across the district! We have had some frigid Friday evenings and some absolutely beautiful ones; the kids have attended no matter the weather. They are absolutely loving it! We hope to be able to continue this program for years to come.
