On Jan. 17, Braiden Martin, 22, of Ogdensburg was charged with inadequate headlights. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 10.

On Jan. 17, Joselyn M. Kennedy, 19, of Massena was charged with speeding (51-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 10.

On Jan. 17, Patricia G. Johnson, 18, of Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with driving while intoxicated and improper left turn. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on Feb. 18.

On Jan. 19, Phillip W. Gray, 59, of Hogansburg was charged with speeding (51-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 10.

On Feb. 20, Shannon Jackson, 33, of St. Anicet, Quebec was charged with speeding (50-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 10.

On Jan. 20, Wayne M. Smoke, 50, of Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with speeding (57-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 24.

On Jan. 20, Leanne P. Armstrong, 41, of Hogansburg was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 10.

On Jan. 21, Alethea C. Lazore, 49, of Hogansburg was charged with speeding (59-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 24.

On Jan. 21, Jacolbie L. Thompson, 26, of Akwesasne, Ontario for failure to obey a traffic control device. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Feb. 10.

New York State Police:

Elvis W. David, 37, of Akwesasne was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 12:19 a.m. Jan. 26 at the Massena port of entry. He was arraigned in court and released, police said.
