AMS December Reading Incentive

The Ahkwesahsne Mohawk School thanks the Akwesasne Child and Family Services (ACFS) for their generous donation of winter gear to our school. On January 16, 2020 AMS students who completed the minimum number of reading homework assignments for the month of December were able to take advantage of the January 16th snowfall to enjoy an afternoon sliding on our hill! The students were also treated to some delicious hot chocolate with marshmallows. This December reading incentive was made possible through funding received from the Akwesasne Community Fund.
