LEGAL TECHNICAL ANALYST

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the Nation Building initiative at Akwesasne. Inherent in this position is the requirement to have experience and knowledge of the development of laws, codes, regulations and procedures and the Akwesasne Law Enactment Process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four (4) year University Bachelor of Law degree with

• Two (2) years of professional experience;

OR

• Four (4) year University Degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Justice, Law, or Native Studies with

• At least two (2) years work experience in a related field.
