On Nov. 18, Phillip W. Gray, 59, of Hogansburg was charged with speeding (56-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 9.
On Nov. 18, Keirsha C. Swamp-Jacobs, 20, of Hogansburg was charged with obstructed view. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 9.
On Nov. 18, Brandon P. Bradley, 43, of Hogansburg was charged with failure to keep right. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 9.
On Nov. 18, Shelley M. White, 54, of Hogansburg was charged with operating a motor vehicle causing an accident. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 9.
On Nov. 19, Celeste G. Phillips, 21, of Hogansburg was charged with speeding (67-55 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 9.
On Nov. 19, Roger J. Anson, 38, of Massena was charged with speeding (50-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 16.
On Nov. 20, Darleen M. Davis, 46, of Brasher Falls was charged with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 16.
On Nov. 21, Kenneth B.J. Cree, 23, of Hogansburg was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Ticket is returnable to Bombay Town Court on Dec. 10.
New York State Police:
Kiera L. Jacobs, 22, of Akwesasne, N.Y. was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding at 5:04 p.m. Nov. 19 on U.S. Route 11 in Canton and was released with citations.
Donavin L. Thompson, 26, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 7:31 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Massena port of entry and was released with a citation.
Melissa J. Papineau, 42, and Justine P. Jacobs, 34, both of Hogansburg were each charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana: more than one pound, at 4:25 a.m. Nov. 25 in Malone. They were arraigned and released after posting bail bond, troopers said.
Elishia E. Lazore-King, 29, of Akwesasne, N.Y. was charged with petit larceny at 8 p.m. Nov. 24 in Massena and was released with an appearance ticket.
