NOTICE OF TENDER 2019-2020 FUEL TENDER MCA DEPT. OF TECHNICAL SERVICES

Tenders are hereby invited for the supply of goods specified and to be Freight on Board (F.O.B.) Akwesasne Territory, for the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Heating Fuel Oil supply needed for the 2019-2020 heating season.

Tender documents can be received by contacting the Department of Technical Services as noted below. Quotations must be fully extended in check with all extension totaled.

All materials furnished must conform to accepted tender. Shipper must pay transportation charges both ways on all rejected material. Prices quoted herein must remain fixed throughout the heating season (November 2019 – April 2020).

Tender contractors must be able to attain: Canadian Insurance and submit proof of insurance with copy of Certificate of Insurance for Vehicles, Liability and Environmental, valid Workers Compensation Certificate, (CSST/WSIB), copy of Certified Oil Burner Technician license, as well as a detailed Written Procedures Checklist for a Health and Safety Program.

Tenders will be received until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6.
