St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

On Nov. 1, ticketed Angela M. Mercado, 36, of Massena was charged with speeding (62-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 25.

On Nov. 2, Jennifer R. Perez, 23, of Massena was charged with failure to use designated lane and operating a motor vehicle causing an accident. Tickets are returnable to Tribal Court on Dec. 2.

On Nov. 2, ticketed Stacey L. Brekke, 48, of Waddington was charged with speeding (47-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 25.

On Nov. 3, Anthony E. Fisher, 24, of Raymondville was charged with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 25.

On Nov. 6, Austin T. Thompson, 27, of Hogansburg was charged with speeding (75-55 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 25.

On Nov. 6, Chrystal Adams-Mitchell, 44, of Akwesasne, Ontario was charged with speeding (57-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 25.

On Nov. 7, Marlon J. Rogers 61, of Massena was charged with inadequate headlight. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 25.

New York State Police:

Cheyenne Lazore, 26, of Hogansburg was charged with resisting arrest at 10:21 p.m. Nov. 8 on Bull Run Road in Westville. She was arraigned in court and released after posting bond, police said. In the same incident, troopers say they also charged Thomas J. Carson, 21, of Constable with resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arraigned and ordered held pending a future appearance, police said.
