St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police:

On Oct. 25, Kylie M. Tavernia, 20, of Constable was charged with operating a motor vehicle causing an accident. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 11.

On Oct. 27, Ashleigh C. Gregoire, 19, of Plattsburgh was charged with operating a motor vehicle causing an accident. Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 18.

On Oct. 29, Nico A. Cook, 29, of Massena was charged with speeding (62-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 18.

On oct. 29, Harry R. Wilbur, 37, of Constable was charged with speeding (60-35 mph zone). Ticket is returnable to Tribal Court on Nov. 18.

New York State Police:

Justin A. Tatum, 31, of Hogansburg was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, speeding, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to update address with DMV and no license at 9:33 a.m. Oct. 31 on State Route 30 in Malone. He was released with citations to a third party, police said.

An unidentified 18-year-old male from Hogansburg was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. State police say the teen allegedly slashed tires on a vehicle at Paul Smith’s College. He was released with a citation for Brighton Town Court on Nov. 13 at 7 p.m., police said.

Craig A. Thompson, 33, of Hogansburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:15 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Massena port of entry and was released with a citation.

St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office:

A Hogansburg resident was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated on State Highway 56 on Nov. 2 following investigation of a property-damage accident, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies. Aspen R. Oakes, 21, was charged with first-offense aggravated DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, felony, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, following too close and speed not reasonable or prudent, deputies said. Deputies were assisted by Potsdam police. The legal threshold for aggravated DWI is driving with a blood alcohol level (BAC) of .18% or more.
