PREVENTION SERVICE SUPERVISOR

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the development, supervision, administration and evaluation of prevention services and program activities targeting children, youth and families, by promoting culturally appropriate, safe and healthy environments and lifestyles. The incumbent is also responsible to be aware of child protection standards, legislation and regulation as part of the supervisory team and to provide on-call supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors of Social Work or equivalent;

• Three (3) years supervisory experience in the social work or human services field.
