Three young dancers from Akwesasne, Diem Thompson, Franki Melvina and Kalani Skidders, performed in the Powell School of Dance year-end recital 'Red & White Revue'. Celebrating their 15th year, their recital was conducted over two days, Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9th. Founded in 2004, the Powell School of Dance (PSD) is a multi-disciplined dance school offering programs to children, teens, and adults. Classes are also offered to children with special needs in the form of dance therapy.
