On May 17, Barbara A. Marshall, 26, of Ogdensburg was charged with running a stop sign and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tickets are returnable to Bombay Town Court on June 4.

New York State Police:

John D. Jacobs, 45, of Hogansburg was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, driving while intoxicated and use of other vehicle without an interlock device at 8:13 p.m. May 23 on State Route 95 in Moira. He was arraigned in court and released with orders to re-appear on a later date, police said.

Massena village police:

Timothy J. Herne, 27, of Herne Road, Hogansburg was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no inspection at 7:32 p.m. May 21.
