CARETAKER

Salary Level: GST14 $33,736.56

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the supervision of the Maintenance and Tenant Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all assets defined and under the care of assigned MCA assets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One (1) year Post-Secondary Certification program OR

• High School Diploma with 2 years’ maintenance experience and caretaking experience;

• Certification or ability to be certified within specific timeframes for WHMIS and other related training;

• Must possess valid driver’s license.
